Series SMT-200 tachometers are small, handy and ergonomically well designed precision instruments to measure revolution, surface speed and distance (length). A measuring tip or cone as well as a measuring wheel can be attached to the model SMT-200C with its incorporated 7mm measuring shaft. This allows maximum versatility for service and repairs.

The advantage of direct contact measuring is the higher resolution and consequently the higher accuracy of the measurement. This instrument can fully replace a mechanical tachometer due to its long battery life and large memory storage capacity.
