FMT-400 Teststands are motorised testing devices, with which linear vertical hub movements for tension or compression testing can be implemented.
These instruments are particularly utilised for design validations and quality controls. The stablity of material interface (crimping, soldering, splicing, etc.) can also be tested, for example actuation forces of operating devices (buttons, switches and sidesticks), closures of packings or pull-off forces of foils and films.
The test samples can be fixed to the base of the instrument using the holes in the platform. The force measuring instrument can be attatched to the hub unit using the mounting plate. The movement sequences can be easily programmed in the motor controls.
